Pebble Recruitment is representing a well-established Environmental Consultancy that is actively seeking an ambitious Ecologist or Senior Ecologist to join their ever-growing team based in their London office. The client’s rapid growth has resulted in six offices across the UK, providing a wide variety of services to clients and is a true multi-disciplinary firm. They are looking for a motivated ecologist to work closely alongside the ecology team in London, assisting with protected species surveys.

• Undertaking protected species surveys
• Helping to build tenders and help create fee quotations
• Producing technical reports (PEA reports, BNG reports, protected species reports, etc)
• Managing small-medium-sized projects and some large-sized projects with assistance if needed

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
• 1 protected species license (preferred)
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and understanding of how to apply them correctly
• Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management is preferred

• Competitive salary, ranging between £38,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
