• Collecting samples from treatment works, reservoirs and customer homes, and testing them in your van using equipment such as bottles and thermometers.
• Managing sampling records and maintaining sampling equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards.
• Liaising with the technical scheduling team, CSWQ group, and regulatory and performance team to plan your workload and deliver the monitoring programme.
• Assisting with investigating supply issues or customer complaints if they arise.

• A full UK, clean driving licence with willingness to plan routes, drive long distances, and comfortably drive a large commercial van in busy environments and remote rural locations.
• Excellent customer service skills for visiting customers’ homes and cold calling properties.
• Excellent attention to detail for recording samples on a daily basis.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Existing knowledge of the water industry, or willingness to learn its processes.

• Hourly Pay rate: £14.80.
