Ecology Resourcing & Logistics Coordinator

£26,090 - £28,000

Guildford

Responsibilities
  • Allocating resources to projects and responding to changing circumstances such as project changes and absence to ensure continued project delivery.
  • Making sure our ecologists have the right equipment in the field.
  • Monitoring the maintenance programme for equipment across all offices – making the best use of our kit and making sure it’s in the right place when we need to use it.
Requirements

You will be a confident and forward-thinking individual with the ability to multitask whilst staying calm under pressure.

You will have experience of working either in a planning & logistics environment, or, in an ecology consultancy. As a result you will be able to demonstrate either planning expertise or knowledge of ecological surveys.

You will be able to offer
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to build trust and confidence, and with the ability to resolve conflict with an outcome-focused working style.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills. Able to prioritise in a fast-paced a changing environment.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
