• Experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a results‑driven mindset
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and managing multiple priorities
• Strong communicator: personable, persuasive, and relationship‑focused
• Entrepreneurial attitude, spotting opportunities and acting on them
• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn about AI tools
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Passionate about open science and making a real impact, with a strong interest in science
