Information Management Team Lead, OF COMMONS

Responsibilities

As Information Management Team Lead at the House of Commons, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how information supports one of the UK's most iconic and complex estates. You will lead a team of information management specialists, developing and delivering the Estates Information Management strategy to ensure digital and physical information is accurate, secure, and accessible. This supports major programmes, projects, and the day‑to‑day management of the Parliamentary Estate.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of spending 40% of your time in the office.

• Hold a qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or bring equivalent industry experience
• Grow your expertise in Estate Information Management, BIM and digital information management within a complex estate environment
• Build on your knowledge of information management systems, governance frameworks and industry standards, including Common Data Environments and Share Point
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative working culture
