Senior Ecologist
Location:
London
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

Senior EcologistPosition Overview
- Undertake protected species surveys
- Assist in building tenders and creating fee quotations
- Produce technical reports (PEA reports, BNG reports, protected species reports, etc.)
- Manage small‑to‑medium sized projects and some large projects with assistance as needed
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
- 1 protected species licence (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and the ability to apply them correctly
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management is preferred
- Competitive salary, £38,000‑45,000 depending on experience
- 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy more
