Location: Greater London
Mercor is seeking a Computational Chemistry & Electronic Structure Expert to design graduate‑level problems for benchmarking AI systems. You will craft tasks that require real scientific software, run simulations, interpret results, and design experiments in Linux environments.
Ideal candidates have MS or PhD, hands-on PySCF experience (HF, DFT, TDDFT, CASSCF), strong Python skills, and the ability to work 15–20 hours per week asynchronously with remote compute sandboxes.
