Asriel is seeking a hands-on leader to drive lipid nanoparticle delivery development across its genetic medicine programmes. You will own formulation design, analytical characterization and early process scale-up, partnering with biology, engineering and preclinical teams.
The role spans from laboratory testing through transfer into GMP manufacturing, requiring a PhD and 3–5 years of relevant experience in lipid delivery, microfluidics and nucleic acid payloads.
