Role Overview

We are recruiting experienced Strip Out Operatives for a large commercial office strip-out project in London.

The project includes live services (including fire sprinklers) and glass partitions, which must be removed safely and correctly.

Experienced operatives only, candidates must understand controlled strip-out methods and safe removal procedures.

Scope of Works

* Soft strip demolition of commercial office space

* Safe removal of glass partitions and glazed office walls

* Careful strip-out around live services, including:

* Fire sprinkler systems

* Containment and services to remain live

* Removal of ceilings, stud walls, raised floors and finishes

* Strip-out of kitchens, WCs, partitions, doors and fixtures

* Waste segregation, protection of retained items, and housekeeping

Essential Requirements

* Proven commercial strip-out / soft strip experience

* Experience removing glass partitions safely

* Experience working around live services (sprinklers, containment, etc.)

* Ability to identify live/protected services and stop work if unsure

* CSCS Card (Green minimum)

* Own PPE

* Commitment to 3–4 months continuous work

* Asbestos awareness

* Previous office refurbishment / fit-out projects
