Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Permanent)
Mobile Maintenance Engineer
London (within the M25)
£45,000 – £48,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to maintain commercial buildings across London within the M25. Call-out is optional.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial properties
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
Complete inspections, testing, and statutory compliance checks
Emergency lighting testing and associated remedial works
Work on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site
Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence Requirements
Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Previous experience working with plant systems in commercial buildings
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
Proven fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently Package & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
