UPB Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction contractor specialising in high-end retail fit out projects across London. We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong joinery background to join ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Description:

* Working foreman role – hands-on alongside managing site activities

* Overseeing joinery and finishing works to a high standard

* Supervising trades and coordinating daily site operations

* Ensuring quality, programme, and health & safety standards are met

* Acting as the link between site operatives and project management

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter/Joiner

* Strong joinery background essential

* Experience on high-end or retail fit out projects preferred

* SMSTS

* Valid CSCS card

* Ability to lead by example and deliver quality under tight programmes

Rate:

£300 per day
