Experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trader Wanted (Carpentry-Led Role)

We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join our growing property maintenance team across London and surrounding areas.

This is a carpentry-led position — ideal for someone confident completing a wide range of carpentry works, while also being comfortable handling basic plumbing tasks where required.

About the Role

You will be carrying out carpentry and general maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. Work will include both planned jobs and reactive maintenance.

This role is best suited to someone with strong carpentry experience, including tasks such as:

* Fire door installations & adjustments

* Kitchen installations

* Hanging doors, locks, latches & ironmongery

* Skirting, architraves, boxing-in and repairs

* Basic plastering / painting touch-ups (preferred)

* Alongside carpentry works, you should also be comfortable with basic plumbing tasks, such as:

* Replacing taps and wastes

* Minor leaks

* Small plumbing repairs (non-complex)

Requirements

* Minimum 10–15 years carpentry experience (essential)

* Strong ability to complete carpentry-led works independently

* Basic plumbing knowledge (minimum requirement)

* Basic electrics experience is a bonus (e.g. swapping fittings, troubleshooting minor issues)

* Own tools and van preferred (but not essential for the right person)

* Reliable, professional, punctual and customer-friendly

* Able to work independently and keep good job notes/photos where required
