Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a leading provider of kitchen fire suppression systems. We specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems for various establishments including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and fast‑food outlets.

As a Kitchen safe Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing Kitchen safe systems for our clients across the UK.

• Install and service Kitchen safe systems to the highest standards
• Carry out fault‑finding, diagnostics, and remedial work on Kitchen safe systems
• Participate in a 1‑in‑4 call‑out rota, ensuring prompt and reliable service
• Liaise professionally with on‑site concierge teams and management during works to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Accurately record all work completed using the PDA system
• Be comfortable with long‑distance travel across the UK, with flexibility to stay away from home where required

• Background knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is advantageous but not essential
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail when carrying out installations and servicing
• Brings passion, energy, drive, and enthusiasm to the role
• Possesses a structured and methodical approach to work
• Strong ability to multi‑task and manage workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent customer‑facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, using initiative when required
• Maintains a calm and professional approach under pressure
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, management, and customers
