Gas​/Plumber mate

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Gas/Plumbing Mate to join our team in Ilford and surrounding area.

We are seeking dedicated individuals eager to launch a career in Gas Engineering. We value your enthusiasm, work ethic, and drive over your specific background.

From your first day, you will receive hands‑on mentorship from veteran engineers. You will learn to install, service and maintain various gas appliances, specially gas Boiler, helping us provide essential, energy‑efficient heating solutions to local households. This is a demanding but highly rewarding role that offers practical skills for a lifelong career.

• Technical Aptitude: A CV demonstrating a mechanical mindset, a desire to learn a trade, and a focus on excellent customer service.
• Driving Record: A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Certification:
  You must already hold Gas Safe registration.

Starting Pay: £25,564 per year, with scheduled increases as you reach specific training milestones.

Post‑Training Salary:
Upon successful completion of your training and support period, your base pay will rise to £44,044, plus additional performance‑based bonuses.
