1st Fix Carpenter Required - Emerson Park 🔨
We are currently looking for an experienced 1st Fix Carpenter for a short-term project on a large residential property in Emerson Park. This role will suit a carpenter who is confident with roof structures and can hit the ground running on a high‑end job.
📍 LocationEmerson Park
🛠️ Scope of Works- 1st fix carpentry
- Roofing works including trusses
- Structural timber work associated with roof construction
- Working as part of a skilled site team on a large residential build
08:00 - 16:00
💷 Pay Rate£220 per day, weekly pay
📅 Duration3‑4 weeks’ work available
✅ Requirements- Proven experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter
- Strong roofing and truss installation experience
- Own tools and PPE
- CSCS card preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a high standard
