Remedial Site Manager

Position: Remedial Site Manager (Permanent, Contract)
The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Remedial Site Manager with a trade background in bricklaying, roofing, or carpentry. This is a practical, site-based role where you will both carry out and oversee remedial works across residential and commercial properties in London.

You will manage your own sites and work independently, delivering a range of structural, waterproofing, and external repair works.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise subcontractors and carry out hands-on remedial works, including:

* Brick repairs and masonry works

* Roofing repairs, re-roofing, waterproofing, leadwork etc

* External decorations

* Render and façade repairs

* Carpentry repairs / windows

* Complete structural and waterproofing repairs.

* Manage sites from start to finish.

* Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.

* Order materials and complete basic site reporting.

* Travel between London sites as required.

Requirements

* Trade background in bricklaying, roofing, decorations or carpentry preferred.

* Experience in remedial works.

* CSCS card (essential).

* SMSTS / SSSTS or willing to complete training.

* Ability to work alone and take responsibility for sites.

* Good knowledge of UK health & safety requirements.

* Full UK driving licence
