Overview
Job Title:
Roofer (East London).
Location:
East London.
Contract:
Permanent. Salary: £37,000 per annum (DOE). Van & Fuel Card included.
- Carry out general roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations across various local authority properties.
- Work on pitched and flat roofs, including waterproofing and guttering.
- Inspect roofs for damage or wear and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Safely install, maintain, and repair solar panels where required.
- Ensure all work is carried out to health and safety standards and local authority guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally with experience in flat and pitched roofs.
- Experience working with solar panels is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary of £37,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Company van and fuel card provided.
