Overview
Roofer - Lambeth
£20.50 PH CIS Social Housing On going work
We re recruiting experienced Roofers to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a day to day contract
Responsibilities- You ll carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;
- Repairs to pitched and flat roofs
- Tiling and slating repairs
- Felt, GRP, and lead work
- Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Identifying and repairing roof leaks
- General roofing maintenance
- £20.50 per hour (CIS) - paid weekly
- 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided
- Fully stocked van
- Face to face interviews
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in roofing or associated trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
