A well‑established social housing contractor is looking for a skilled Carpenter with strong multi‑trade abilities to join their busy reactive maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone confident handling day‑to‑day repairs/ reactive maintenance and comfortable taking on locksmith tasks when required.
What You’ll Need
* NVQ in Carpentry or Time served
* Proven multi‑trade background
* Experience carrying out locksmith work
* Previous social housing maintenance experience
* Full UK driving licence
