Ceto Talent is recruiting a Welder - Stainless Steel for a major London transport authority to help maintain the fleet of underground trains. This is a full-time onsite position working on critical rolling stock maintenance.

What We're Looking For

The ideal Welder - Stainless Steel will bring:

* Level 3 qualification in welding (Essential)

* Essential:
Stick welding experience

* TIG welding experience (highly desirable)

* Proven experience in stainless steel welding

* Ability to work to approved safe systems of work and quality standards

* Understanding of safe working practices and compliance

About the Role

This Welder - Stainless Steel contract offers the opportunity to work on underground rolling stock maintenance, ensuring London's tube trains keep moving. You'll be working onsite at the Acton facility, carrying out stainless steel welding on critical fleet components.

Key Responsibilities

As Welder - Stainless Steel, you will:

* Carry out stick and TIG welding on underground rolling stock

* Work with stainless steel on critical fleet maintenance and repairs

* Maintain the fleet of tube trains to ensure safe and reliable operations

* Work to approved safe systems of work and quality standards

* Ensure all work meets technical specifications and safety requirements
