Painter & Decorator

Peace Recruitment are looking for a Painter on behalf of one of our clients for a long term contract. The Painter is required to work on void properties and maintenance contracts across Midlothian. This will be long term ongoing work - 12 months potential for the right candidate. They will be paying £19.50 p/h - CIS / Umbrella. Due to the nature of the work a Driving Licence is essential.

Experienced Painter with excellent previous experience Ideally have experience working in void and vacant properties or maintenance work Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Ability to wallpaper is not essential but would be a great bonus Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients A CSCS card is not essential but preferred Please apply if interested or would like more info
