Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - South London & North West London

Locations: South London & North West London (Field-Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Positions Available: 2 Mobile Air Conditioning Engineers

We are recruiting two Mobile Air Conditioning Engineers - one for South London and one for North West London. As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, installation, and servicing of air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, chillers, and temperature control systems. This role is ideal for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers, Mobile A/C Engineers, or refrigeration engineers who are looking for a field-based, mobile engineering role.

• Carry out mobile air conditioning repair and mobile air conditioning maintenance across multiple sites

• Conduct air conditioning fault-finding
  , diagnostics, and troubleshooting of chillers, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, cold rooms, and cooling towers

• Perform installation, commissioning, vacuum dehydration, and pressure testing on air conditioning systems

• Maintain and update F-Gas logbooks
  , including refrigerant management and leak testing

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor works on site

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times

• Provide emergency call-out support as part of an out-of-hours rota

• Complete real-time job updates using CAFM systems, PDAs, or tablets

• Prepare quotations, liaise with clients, and provide excellent customer service

• Recognised technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or similar

• C&G 2079-11 F-Gas Category 1 qualification

• Experience with chillers, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, cooling towers, cold rooms, and BMS systems

• Able to read mechanical and electrical schematics

• L8 Legionella awareness

• NEBOSH or IOSH Health & Safety qualification advantageous

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
