Job Title: Heating Engineer (Plumbing)

Location: London (high net worth residential and premium developments)

Salary: £38,000 to £58,000 basic (depending on experience and qualifications)

Type: Permanent, full time

We are recruiting a high quality Heating Engineer (Plumbing) to work across high net worth residential properties and premium developments in London. This role is suited to professional, well presented engineers who take genuine pride in workmanship, finish and customer experience. You will be working in occupied, high value homes and prestige buildings where quality and conduct matter. The business operates a specialist engineering team with structured training and long term development.

• High quality heating and plumbing installation work within luxury residential properties
• Installation and modification of heating systems, pipework and plant equipment
• Fault finding and diagnosis on domestic and communal heating systems
• Working within premium homes and managed developments
• Liaising professionally with residents, site teams and managing agents
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, protection and presentation
• Accurate completion of job records and compliance documentation

• Polite, well presented and professional in occupied properties
• Highly conscientious with strong attention to detail
• Takes genuine pride in workmanship and finishing standards
• Comfortable working in high end residential environments
• Calm, clear and respectful with clients and residents

• Full NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
• Gas certification (GC)
  Experience working in high end residential or premium domestic environments
• Strong fault finding and installation knowledge
• Full UK driving licence

• Additional ACS Domestic qualifications
• Experience working within high value residential or managed developments

• £38,000 to £58,000 basic salary
• Higher earnings available for engineers holding additional ACS Domestic qualifications
• Company van and fuel card
• Personal use of the van permitted
