A large multinational company is looking Maintenance Engineers to join their team. The position will be on the day shift 8am to 4:30pm for reactive facilities management contracts.

Candidates will ideally be expected to fully multi‑skill across all disciplines within reason, lots of basic electrical work, plumbing, door handle lock replacements, etc (general maintenance). They will be appointed as the lead at two buildings and will be fully accountable for PPM and reactive task delivery, plant room housekeeping, logbook records, etc.

• To complete assigned PPM tasks on time with adequate record keeping, and to deliver reactive maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations.
• To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels.
• To carry out reactive maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and time frames.
• To support the Management Team in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract.
