A well-established social housing contractor is looking for a skilled Carpenter with strong multi-trade abilities to join their busy reactive maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone confident handling day-to-day repairs / reactive maintenance and comfortable taking on locksmith tasks when required.
What Youll Need- NVQ in Carpentry or Time served
- Proven multi-trade background
- Experience carrying out locksmith work
- Previous social housing maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Company van and fuel card
- Additional earnings through call-outs
