Multi-Trader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Trader to work on a facilities‑based refurbishment and maintenance project in Collier Row. The role involves carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works, as well as light refurbishment tasks within occupied buildings.

The ideal candidate will be practical, reliable, and capable of working across multiple trades while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism in a live environment.

• Carry out general refurbishment and maintenance works within a facilities setting
• Basic carpentry (doors, frames, studwork, boxing‑in, minor repairs)
• Patch plastering, making good, tiling, and decorating
• Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, traps, sanitary ware, minor pipework)
• Flooring repairs (vinyl, laminate, carpet tiles – desirable)
• Carry out snagging, reactive maintenance, and small works tasks
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Work safely in line with site health & safety procedures
• Liaise with site management and other trades as required

• Proven experience as a Multi‑Trader within maintenance or refurbishment environments
• Ability to work across multiple trades to a good standard
• Good understanding of health & safety on site
• Own tools suitable for multi‑trade works
• Own transport to and from site
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Previous facilities management experience (desirable)
• Basic plumbing qualification or trade background (desirable)
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
• Manual Handling (desirable)

£20 per hour
