Job title: Mobile AC Engineer (x2 Positions - ASAP Requirement)
Location: Field-Based - South of London & Northwest London
Terms: Monday - Friday (Mobile role across multiple sites)
Out-of-hours call-out rota required
Salary/rate: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Requirements:- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or EITB/CITB apprenticeship equivalent)
- C&G #removed# F-Gas Category 1 Certification (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential - Mobile role)
- NEBOSH / IOSH - desirable
- Legionella (L8) awareness - advantageous
A well-established maintenance provider has recently undertaken a change to the role of Mobile AC Engineer on their Mobile South contract and are now looking to recruit two engineers urgently. This is a field-based position covering sites either just South of London or within Northwest London. The company offers excellent stability, ongoing training, and strong career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:- PPM & reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Fault-finding, servicing, repair, installation & commissioning
- Working on chillers, refrigeration systems, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, cooling towers & BMS
- Managing PPM schedules, logbooks & compliance documentation
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring works are completed in line with H&S regulations
- Client-facing and professional
- Strong background within facilities maintenance / building services
- Proven experience in a mobile engineering role
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read mechanical & electrical schematics
- Willingness to travel and participate in call-out rota
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as an AC / Refrigeration Engineer
- Right to work in the UK
