About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and professional Electrician to join our growing team, delivering high-quality electrical services across a variety of commercial and residential projects throughout London.

The successful candidate will work within high-profile, occupied buildings where professionalism, technical expertise, and strong communication skills are essential. This role is ideal for a client-facing electrician who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and high-standard installations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

* Carry out high-quality electrical installations across commercial and residential properties

* Install, test, inspect, and commission new electrical systems, including lighting and small power, in line with client specifications

* Complete first and second fix installations, including wiring and containment systems (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)

* Diagnose and rectify faults on existing electrical systems efficiently, minimising disruption within occupied environments

* Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works

* Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures

* Accurately complete certification and job documentation

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times

* Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues to maintain strong working relationships

* Work flexibly across multiple sites throughout London

Essential Qualifications & Certifications

* BS7671 – 18th Edition (City & Guilds)

* City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing

* Valid CSCS Card

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience in both commercial and residential electrical installations

* Strong working knowledge of electrical systems including wiring, containment, and fault-finding

* Experience working in occupied and high-profile buildings

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Professional and confident client-facing manner

* Reliable, flexible, and able to demonstrate initiative

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
