Job Title: Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer (2 Positions)
Location: London (M25 Coverage)
Salary: Up to 55,000 + Overtime + Benefits

Overview

We are recruiting for 2 Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineers to cover multiple high-end commercial sites across London (within the M25).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national technical services provider delivering maintenance solutions to high-profile commercial buildings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC plant

• Working across high-end commercial office environments

• Site walk-rounds and completion of service reports

• Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs

• UPS system checks

• Lighting maintenance (lamps, LEDs, ballasts)

• Basic fault finding on air conditioning and chiller systems

• Boilers and heating system checks

• Tap temperature testing

• Changing belts, pumps and filters

• Minor adjustments to BMS set points

Requirements

• Strong background in electrical building services / facilities maintenance

• Experience in commercial plant maintenance (not domestic or installation)

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation (beneficial)

• 18th Edition (beneficial)

• Testing & Inspection (advantageous but not essential)

• Solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer is essential

• Client-facing, well presented and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Ideally based in West, South West or North West London

Package

• Salary up to 55,000 (40-hour week, Monday to Friday)

• Overtime paid at time and a half and double time

• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
