Role: Legionella Remedial Plumber

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: London Area

• Carry out a range of monitoring, one‑off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing tasks.
• Work across a wide mix of client sites to meet agreed requirements of the Legionella control programme.
• Maintain customers’ water‑safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8 and company guidelines.
• Take water samples from multiple sector properties and document them in accordance with the Water Technical Manual.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner, following up any paperwork relating to customer queries.

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment (training provided).
• Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft applications.
