This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across South London - from Surbiton, Putney, Wimbledon, Red Hill, Reigate, Bromley, Croydon.

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general building services equipment.
• HVAC systems, Boilers and combustion plant, Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems, Electrical distribution, lighting, and small power.
• Basic fabric maintenance when required (doors, locks, fixtures, minor repairs).

• City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• Full UK driving licence.
