About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team on an office-based, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical compliance, certification, and technical standards across our electrical works.
This role does not involve site installation work and is primarily compliance, supervision, and quality-focused.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Act as the company’s Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
 
* Ensure all electrical works comply with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
 
* Oversee electrical certification including:
 
* Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC)
 
* Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
 
* Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates
 
* Carry out technical checks and sign-off of completed works
 
* Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and engineers
 
* Ensure compliance with NICEIC / NAPIT / SELECT requirements
 
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
 
* Liaise with management, clients, and certification bodies where required
 
* Monitor standards, procedures, and continuous compliance
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
 
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
 
* AM2 / AM2S Certificate
 
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
 
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent: 2394/2395)
 
* Eligible to act as a Qualifying Supervisor with a recognised scheme (e.g. NICEIC, NAPIT, SELECT)
 
* Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards
 
* Proven experience in inspection, testing, and certification
 
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
 
* Confident using office systems and certification software
 
* Strong communication skills
