As a Plasterer at Hyde, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to plastering, tiling and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units

Key responsibilities:

* Preparing surfaces for plaster application by cleaning and smoothing.

* Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques.

* Repairing and patching damaged or cracked plaster.

* Ensuring a smooth and uniform finish on all surfaces.

* Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to address comprehensive property needs.

* Following safety guidelines and protocols during all plastering activities.

* Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.

* Providing excellent customer service to customers.

Skills and experience:

* Proven experience as a plasterer, with experience in residential plastering.

* Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Multi trade experience is desirable

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.

* Valid driver's licence.
