Air Conditioning Engineer

Role : HVAC Engineer ( Air Conditioning bia with commercial gas ideally )

Package – up to £43,000 (40hrs ) / 25 + 8 days holiday / 8am
-4.30pm / Travel after 15 mins each way + fuel card + tablet + 1 in 6 on-call (£150 standby) + pension + van + tools

We are a family run West Midlands facilities management company with contracts from Manchester and down into London. We have been established for 10 years and offer a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas, Electrical and Refrigeration services to Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Restaurants, and Colleges. We are currently looking for a skilled professional HVAC Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment with a very low turnover rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Repairing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems for commercial clients.

- VRV, VRF and SPLITS
Maintaining and repairing commercial boilers if you hold gas certs
Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues and provide effective solutions.
Conducting regular maintenance checks and identifying faults
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
Complying with health and safety regulations  Essential Qualifications /

Experience:

NVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC or FGAS Certificate
Commercial Gas certificates  
Driver’s Licence  Package:
 
Basic Salary up to £55,000 on a 40 hour week
Travel paid  
On-call payment
Overtime paid from 9-10hrs at single rate and 10 hours + x1.5 mon - friday ( including travel and lunch in these hours)
Saturday paid at x1.5
Double time on Sundays and bank hols
25 days + 8 bank holiday
