£270–£280 per day | Self-Employed | Long-Term Contract

Experienced Electrical Tester required for a long-term residential maintenance contract in the City of London.

This is private residential work (not social housing) within well-maintained apartment blocks. We are looking for a clean, professional and client-facing electrician confident carrying out and signing off EICRs to a high standard.

The Role:

* Carrying out EICRs in residential apartment buildings

* Completing certification and ensuring compliance with current regulations

* Minor maintenance works (lighting repairs and small remedials)

* Working in occupied, high-standard properties
