Location: London (Multiple Sites)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and professional Electrician to join our growing team, delivering high-quality electrical services across a variety of commercial and residential projects throughout London. The successful candidate will work within high-profile, occupied buildings where professionalism, technical expertise, and strong communication skills are essential. This role is ideal for a client-facing electrician who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and high-standard installations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Carry out high-quality electrical installations across commercial and residential properties
- Install, test, inspect, and commission new electrical systems, including lighting and small power, in line with client specifications
- Complete first and second fix installations, including wiring and containment systems (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
- Diagnose and rectify faults on existing electrical systems efficiently, minimising disruption within occupied environments
- Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works
Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures - Accurately complete certification and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues to maintain strong working relationships
- Work flexibly across multiple sites throughout London
- BS7671 - 18th Edition (City & Guilds)
- City & Guilds 2391 - Inspection & Testing
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience in both commercial and residential electrical installations
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems including wiring, containment, and fault-finding
- Experience working in occupied and high-profile buildings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident client-facing manner
- Reliable, flexible, and able to demonstrate initiative
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
- Competitive salary up to £45,000
