Commercial & Residential Electrician

Location: London (Multiple Sites)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

We are looking for a skilled and professional Electrician to join our growing team, delivering high-quality electrical services across a variety of commercial and residential projects throughout London. The successful candidate will work within high-profile, occupied buildings where professionalism, technical expertise, and strong communication skills are essential. This role is ideal for a client-facing electrician who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and high-standard installations.

• Carry out high-quality electrical installations across commercial and residential properties
• Install, test, inspect, and commission new electrical systems, including lighting and small power, in line with client specifications
• Complete first and second fix installations, including wiring and containment systems (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
• Diagnose and rectify faults on existing electrical systems efficiently, minimising disruption within occupied environments
• Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works
  
  Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures
• Accurately complete certification and job documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
• Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues to maintain strong working relationships
• Work flexibly across multiple sites throughout London

• BS7671 - 18th Edition (City & Guilds)
• City & Guilds 2391 - Inspection & Testing
• Valid CSCS Card

• Proven experience in both commercial and residential electrical installations
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems including wiring, containment, and fault-finding
• Experience working in occupied and high-profile buildings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident client-facing manner
• Reliable, flexible, and able to demonstrate initiative
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
