Multi Trade Operative - Carpenter​/Plumber - Mottingham

Overview

Salary: £36,000 – £41,000 plus a £125 monthly London Allowance, company bonus scheme, regular overtime, van, tools.

Location:

Mottingham, surrounding areas.

Hours:

40 hours per week.

Contract:

Permanent.

Multi‑Trade Operative – experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades, delivering first‑class service to properties.

• Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected to specialist trades.
• Work efficiently and within required deadlines.

• Valid UK driving licence – company vehicle provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship offered.
• Reside in England or Wales for duration of employment.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
