Air Conditioning Engineer – London – 40 - 50K

Location:

Mobile – Ideally based in London – covering Central & Greater London.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised London patch. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and minor installations on a range of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial office space, retail, hospitality, and light commercial environments.

• Service, repair, and maintain a variety of air conditioning systems (split systems, VRV/VRF, multi-split, AHUs, FCUs, etc.)
• Fault-finding and diagnostics
• Occasional minor installation works
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health & safety and compliance standards
• Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
• Participate in the 1-in-4 call-out rota

• Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair
• Valid F-Gas qualification – essential
• Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £40,000 – £50,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level)
• Your total weekly hours are calculated on a door-to-door basis minus one hour each day for travel. Should your weekly hours exceed 50 hours (door-to-door) any additional hours worked will be paid at 1.5 of your normal hourly rate
• Paid travel beyond 1 hour at 1.5x rate
