Electrical Supervisor Sunbury-On-Thames, Surrey £47,000 - £50,000 We've got a brilliant role for an Electrical Supervisor to join our client's team on a state of the art, commercial site based in Sunbury-On-Thames. This is brilliant if you're looking to avoid the commute into central London, develop your supervisor / managerial skills, build on your client management skills and join a well established building service provider.

This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday pattern (8am - 5pm) As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of M&E maintenance engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, allocate works, provide technical support, update site logbooks and report into the Account Manager. Electrical Supervisor Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.

Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Conducting client meetings Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations Ability to lead a days engineering maintenance team Building Services Maintenance experience Career driven and motivate Salary and Package: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am
