Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Callout and Repair Lift Engineer at Arrival Lifts Limited, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves responding to callouts, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and carrying out repairs on various types of lifting equipment, including passenger and goods lifts. You will be expected to ensure compliance with safety standards, liaise with customers to address their needs effectively, and maintain detailed service records.

Working as part of the technical team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

Successful applicant will have a company vehicle, fuel card and parking costs paid for.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in maintenance and repair of lifting equipment
  • Strong skills in Health & Safety practices within the field
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities
  • Flexibility to respond to callouts and emergencies as required
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
