AV Engineer - High-End Residential Projects £35,000 to £40,000

Gold Group is partnering with a leading UK systems integrator specialising in luxury residential technology. Our client delivers fully integrated AV, lighting, networking and security solutions for prestigious private homes, residential developments and commercial spaces across the UK and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer to join a growing engineering team, working on high-end residential projects using market-leading technology.

• Installation, second fix and commissioning of AV systems
• Terminating AV and network cabling (CAT5/6/7, speaker, fibre, coax, control)
• Rack building and panel wiring
• Installing and commissioning equipment including displays, speakers and CCTV
• Working from drawings, schematics and documentation
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to deliver projects to a high standard
• Supporting aftercare and existing installations

• Proven experience as an AV Installer within a systems integration environment
• Strong cabling termination and on-site installation skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Professional approach when working in high-end residential environments
• Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas

• Experience with Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Control4 or similar systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Basic electronics knowledge
