Mobile Service Technician; South

Overview

Allied Autocare are recruiting now for a Mobile Service Technician in South London to join our busy mobile team. Working closely with our call centre bookings team, with ambition to grow your own network, and deliver against targets, you will have an excellent eye for detail and exceptional customer service standards. With a focus on team-work and individual working, you will provide an efficient service to all our customers.

This is a mobile role, servicing customers vehicles at their home or place of work. It would include travelling to various locations within South London to carry out your work.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm and the salary is dependent on qualifications/experience.

• Provide efficient mobile servicing to customers at their home or place of work within South London.
• Work closely with the call centre bookings team and aim to grow your own network while delivering against targets.
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment (as part of the role).
• Service, maintain and repair vehicles; complete all paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Work as part of a team while also being able to work independently and use initiative.

• Possess a level 2 or level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent.
• Be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out inspections to VOSA standards.

• Role includes a service van and fuel card for business use.
