Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

PRS Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial site located in Chiswick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in building fabric maintenance who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

This role would suit a Fabric Technician already working in a similar environment who is eager to progress and expand their skillset. In return, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, ongoing training, and genuine career progression opportunities.

• Carry out a wide range of building fabric repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
• Carpentry
• Painting & decorating
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Flooring repairs
• Glazing
• Brickwork and fencing
• Replace carpet and ceramic floor tiles as required
• Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
• Support other engineers on site when needed
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service to site occupants and stakeholders

• City & Guilds qualification in one or more of the following:
  • Bricklaying
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Painting & Decorating
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and professional approach to work
