• Experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer, working on the TFL contract, providing all day‑to‑day Hard Services activities.
• Carrying out Planned, Reactive, Quoted and Minor Works on Building Services Assets.
• End‑to‑end proactive and reactive service to ensure Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant.
• Covering around London NW area and other areas as required.
• Responsible for ensuring Clients' Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant through completion of both Planned and Reactive maintenance tasks.
• Partnering style maintenance service, meeting Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, providing timely feedback to onsite contacts and colleagues.
• Liaising with contractors and/or external suppliers as required.
• Providing mandatory systems feedback through Manual (paper) and Digital (mobile) platforms.
• Basic Reporting, Quoting and Condition Appraisal necessary.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
• Electrical Maintenance/Installation NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment, as per HASAW 1974
• A minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience
• Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance in Building Services Engineering
• Full, clean driving licence
