Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 06:00-09:00 (15 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

• Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and fabrication.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and assets and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment service history.
• Work collaboratively other team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in training and development activities to improve skillsets.

• Experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficient in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in trades preferred.
