📍 Surrey Based | 💰 £200 per day (CIS) | 🚀 Immediate Start
Our client is looking to recruit 2 experienced and reliable General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team.
This is a hands on, varied role perfect for skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and can deliver high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.
You’ll be working across a range of residential projects throughout Surrey, including occupied homes, so professionalism, excellent communication, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace are essential.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Carry out general building, plumbing, and multi-trade work to a high standard
 
* Work independently and use initiative to complete tasks efficiently
 
* Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to client expectations
 
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment, particularly in occupied properties
 
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
 
* Travel to various sites across Surrey using your own van
✅ Requirements

* Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience and 5 years’ general building experience
 
* CIS Registered: UTR number required
 
* Driving:
Full UK driving licence and own van (cars or trucks not suitable)

* Location:

Must be based in Surrey

* Able to work on your own initiative
 
* Honest, reliable, and punctual
 
* Professional appearance with good communication skills
 
* Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
