Our client is a well-established and respected HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning specialist, delivering high-quality solutions across residential, commercial, retail, and education sectors in London. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and client trust, the business is expanding and seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer to join its team.

This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who excels in diagnostics, maintenance, and client communication. You’ll work on varied projects while helping maintain the high standards the company is known for.

The Role

As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will:

Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, PPMs, reactive maintenance, and small quoted works

Work across residential, commercial, retail, education, and block management properties

Build trust with clients through clear, professional communication

Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to high technical standards

Cover Central London, Greater London, Reading, Essex, and Surrey, with most work focused around London

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning

FGas Category 1 (essential)

Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

Desirable (not essential): NVQ, IPAF, PASMA

Working Hours & Benefits

8-hour day on site – no door-to-door travel

On-call rota: 1 in 7 / 1 in 8 weeks

Overtime:
Weekdays 1.5x, Saturday 1.5x, Sunday 2x

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
