Our client is a reputable Integrated Property and M&E Contractor with over 65 years experience in keeping buildings performing safely and efficiently across the UK.

With a steady stream of repeat business and new enquiries, they offer long‑term stability and genuine progression opportunities.

As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will carry out servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs within domestic properties across London and the South East. The role includes participation in a 1 week in 4 on‑call rota.

• Boiler servicing and breakdown repairs
• Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12s)
• Fault diagnosis and repairs
• Ensuring all works meet current safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate job records
• Participating in a 1 in 4 on‑call rota

• ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
• Proven domestic servicing and breakdown experience
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Based in London, Kent or surrounding areas
• Own van preferred (company van and fuel card available)
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience
• Permanent role
• Time and a half for call‑outs
• On‑call 1 week in 4
• Call‑outs rarely later than 10pm
• £30 bonus per successful fix on call‑out
• Company van provided if required
• Fuel card provided
