Location: Greater London
EA Associates seeks an experienced working foreman for a high-end residential project in Richmond, London, starting from Monday 15th June. The role involves managing subcontractors and ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to on site.
The ideal candidate will have a carpentry trade background and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Certification requirements include SSSTS (ideally SMSTS), valid first aid, and a CSCS card.
