We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Plumber to join a reputable contractor specialising in social housing repairs and maintenance. The role involves delivering high-standard reactive repairs, refurbishment works, and planned maintenance across residential properties throughout the London Borough of Ealing.
Responsibilities- Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
- Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.
- 25 days annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays)
